Since the IPad doesn't support flash player some sites, and even some emails are not accessible, does anyone know if there is an alternative option for flash player or are we jus out of luck.

Sorry, but the answer is essentially the second part - we are pretty much out of luck for using Flash on the iPad. See this sticky for more information: Flash and the iPad

There are some apps (new browsers) that support some flash content on websites. I use this for certain websites, when i cant view some content on Safari. One app I downloaded is called Puffer, but it's definitely not my favorite. Cost me $2, but it allows me to view some content I normally can't on Safari.
