    Smile restoring settings

    Help please

    I have an Ipad1 which I have been trying to restore the settings on without any luck. I keep getting the ipad could not be restored an unkown error occured (21). Any clues? Thanks Steve.

    Have you seen this?http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error21
    It suggests that you may have some security software that interferes with the restore process.
