    Ipad2 and IOS 6

Well , I've had my iPad 2 for 8 months now and was looking forward to ios6 but......
    We won't get Siri
We won't get turn by turn on maps
Can't use shared photo streams as the phones are 3 GS......
Now I know what it's like to be the owner of iPhone 3G and iPad 1.
    Not happy now

There's a workaround for that, if you have an iPhone.

Tether the iPad to the iPhone using Personal Hotspot, and you can FaceTime from the iPad.

Does tethering use Bluetooth, and if so will FaceTime use the Bluetooth connection?

Personal Hotspot gives you the choice of wifi or BlueTooth. As far as I can see, it doesn't matter how you connect. The iPad thinks it's connected to a router, and allows FaceTime, even though the iPhone is using 3G.

Actually, it doesn't (always) work on Bluetooth, at least not with an iPhone 4 on AT&T and an iPad 2 wifi. Found that out the hard way yesterday.
