    Any one can help me is the I pad2 wifi + 3G from AT&T work with other currier company's ?

    Yes, I use my iPad2 in Brazil with TIM company's 3G chip.

    Your iPad2 should not be locked to AT&T. You should be able to put any micro-sim into it from a GSM carrier which provides an iPad plan...

    With iPad2, only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it for you.
