OK - do you have a SIM card in the iPad? Can you see any 3G signal on the iPad menu bar - let us know and we'll try and help.
I have several PG students in Bangladesh - where are you?

No I don't have I pad sim. Yes in the mobile service it's showing no service. I am in Dhaka Bangladesh. My cell number +8801713243560
