    Lightbulb Import AVI to iMovie, importing AVI files into iMovie for Mac OS

    Importing AVI to iMovie is not straight-forward when you are attempt to drag and drop the AVI files into iMovie for editing. iMovie supports videos well in MPEG-4, DV, MOV. Mac Movie Converter is a perfect application for converting AVI files to Mac video types, including Divx and Xvid encoded files.
