Problem of downloading

He ever I am downloading something on one program ,say safari and try another program like Facebook from dedicated app,previous page which was being loaded stops downloading till I return to same program.

Go to settings, click on Safari, then keep t.he tab ' open tabs in background' to 'On' position.

Hope this sorts out issue.

My problem is, I am unable to remove some 32 apps.....this is going on for the last one year now. Every time I try downloading some other app, these also get in line. On delete, they get bck in line to harass me again! Please let me know how to delete them permanently!
