iBooks on my Mac instead of iPad

This is a discussion on iBooks on my Mac instead of iPad within the iBooks forums, part of the iPad App Store category; I recently heard that the new iLife suite is gonna include an iBook software, but it's just the rumor....

    Nope. At least not yet. I was surprised myself when I didn't find the app in the Mac app store. Of course, it (Mac Store) hasn't been around that long either.
