How can you update a book's cover?

This is a discussion on How can you update a book's cover? within the iBooks forums, part of the iPad App Store category; I don't know how to update either....

    I use a program called calibre. I convert PDF files to ePub with it as well as changing the meta tags and covers. Check it out on YouTube. I believe their website is calibre-eBook.com

    Last Ibook I had, had this updating prob.
    Darn I thought it was broken.
