Ditto... I always come on a few pages behind, think "oh, I can help with THAT, then scroll down a few to realize that they don't need it anymore!

Take the screenshot first ( press Power and Home button at the same time) then go to your Photos click on the photo then you'll see a box with a curved arrow click on it and click on Email Photo. That's it.
