I am surprised too at their lack of customer service and appreciation for their customers. It's extremely frustrating!! :(. I mean truly 18 diamonds is nothing to them but it would let me upgrade my machine.

I think I have my own private twilight zone or Bermuda Triangle on my farm. In addition to the frog that jumps in and out of no where, I have two dogs, who will not leave the area and occasionally become one two headed dog.

They are not perfectly super imposed on each other here, but when they are they look like one dog with two heads! And sometimes they just look like one.
