When two players agree on a sale here, the seller puts one wheat for one dollar in the very last box of their stall. When the buyer buys the wheat, the seller knows he/she is there waiting and knows to put the item up. It helps reduce the risk of someone else grabbing the item if they're shopping through markets. :)
