neither can I :O I got mine on contract with no upfront cost... Sucks :( I want to just whizz through my neighbours filling boxes, reviving trees and buying goodies but so many inactive players makes it an arduous task.

Yeah, what country are you in... Im UK and orange customers get it for £30 a month with line rental so you can use it anywhere... without needing wifi :D
