I only upgraded once one of my mills. I guess it depends on the number of animals you have and what you want to do with them.For instance I only have 3 sheep since I don't produce clothes and just sell wool as soon as I get it. It's just about finding a balance I guess.

I have all animals, I take advantage of all the xp's I can. That is how I level up so quick

Nope, I have a system. Lol I make sheep and goat feed at night and the rest during the day. It does take barn space but my animals are never hungry. I will leave my chickens and cows sitting sometimes.
