I had my creamery tied up with making the goat cheese for the boat. I needed butters and cream so I could work on some cakes. I am trying for the 10 truck orders in 30 minutes, so I need some cakes. But I am doing ok with her help. And back to making my own after I finish the last three goat cheeses in queue.

I just saw and bought goats milk from the newspaper. There are 10 if you want them, otherwise I will resell or use. Let me know.
