You can't see it before you finish the order and send the ship away.

When your ship is done, either because you filled all the orders and sent it away manually or because its time is up, you can tap on the dock itself to see the three items that the next ship will want. Ships usually take between 3-4 hours between leaving and coming back. (Note: There's no extra benefit to sending a ship away as soon as you finish everything, so you can use that time to work on other orders, sell to the open market, or replenish your stock for when the next timer starts.)

Hi there I have heard on here that it's a good thing to hoard your metal bars for jewellery production but was wondering how much was enough I currently have 50 bars should I keep going or would that be overkill?
