When I do, it's just a pleasant surprise

I agree. I put a disclaimer at the bottom of my post to avoid disappointment if I charge max price. If I give a cheaper price it is a gift.
GC: SATxLibrarian level 50 My idea of a trade is: you charge me full price and I charge you full price.

LOL

Yep I hear ya. This is how I've upgraded my barn and silo to 1350 capacity- when I see materials I buy them even if I don't need them at the time. Then they're there when I do. And yep the whole barns full when I find materials happens to me all the time, I always have at least 20 extra chook food in my barn, so then if need be I quickly dmp it and grab what I need. I've also noticed that if my barn is full, the materials almost always show up in the paper. If I'm after a certain material I will make sure my barns full before I open the paper.

I usually ask for max price when someone requested it in the forum.
But in my stall I have a cheaper price range for the stuff that many people sell, I mean like wheats or eggs or corns.
Like for instance, I sell 10 wheat for 30 (max price will be 36). Because I'm thinking that people will buy from you if you sold those things cheaper.
Of course when I ask for stuff in the forum, I'm willing to pay for the max price too.
Anybody had a different opinion??
I always sell my wheat, corn, and carrot 10 for 1 coin. The rest of the crops I sell at msrp.

But yes, I agree. Stuff like wheat, eggs, etc. I always sell at lower price. They're usually my throw away item, when I need to make some room in my barn or silo.

I heard that they evacuated 350,000 from NY? You can't always believe the media, just thought someone might be close to it to give an accurate update. It's just crazy.

Just thought I'd mention that after the recent outage I emailed Supercell (without much hope) as I lost some of Tom's time. However I got an email back today and they refunded me the 36 diamonds. I'm really pleased! So would encourage anyone else affected to email too. I just used the 'report a problem' option from within the game. I'm always ready to complain when the developers do something that annoys me so just thought I'd celebrate when something goes right!
Must do my best not to spend them now accidentally finishing up wheat....

I also emailed them. After a couple emails back, they refunded me also with 48 diamonds. Now we just need the new update!

Yay!! I had a similar experience in the beginning, when I was told before the levels went up that my xps would accumulate and then I'd automatically skip a few levels when the new levels were added. ( this was a time when I was a little more obsessed with hayday and was spending quite a bit of dosh each week) anyway when the levels went up and I didn't I emailed and asked why. They apologized for giving me the incorrect info and returned 1,500 diamonds- which may seem like a lot, but was pretty small in comparison to how many I was purchasing. They're a great company. And I they continue treating their customers with respect as they do, they really get a huge pat on the back from me. Not like some other companies I won't mention *coughs teamlava* who could care less about anything else than the price tag, being greedy and not caring about their customers. Now I wonder if these particulars have anything to do with the fact hayday is no. 5 in top grossing apps and the for mentioned company isn't even in the top 50. Go Supercell!! Well done. Two thumbs up from this Aussie chick.
