Well I'm here to throw in my two cents. I'm through with the game since they practically did away with the boxes. It was fun giving away the stuff I found but now there's no reason for me to visit the other farms, heal their trees or play the game. It's boring now when I used to play it all day long. Epic fail!

Write and let then know that. They need to know what their fans are thinking. People are leaving messages on FB and in the comments of the game too. It's not just here. People are unhappy and they are going to loose fans if they don't do something quick.

Funny...I don't think they care about losing you as a user. There is no ad revenue, so losing a player who doesn't purchase any features doesn't really hurt them. They are a company that pays their employees and is trying to raise an additional round of funding for their business...hard to get capital if you can't prove you make money with your product. May be sad to you, but very true.

Well they've lost me till the boxes return will full force- and I'm a paying player. Im a pretty profitable player for them, I was just about to reload my iTunes balance and squander it away on hayday... Needless to say my iTunes balance is still 0. * holds up a protest sign saying" BRING BACK OUR BOXES!!sighs- thinks about doing housework instead.*. It's a tragedy.

I too, have paid at least a little, but I am very hesitant to buy any more diamonds when they keep loosing them. At least when I got them free from the boxes, it was frustrating when they were lost (or spent by accident), but I wasn't giving up real money for them. Now with this new development, it is just making the game less fun all the way around.

This is really bad. I just filled my boat order and did NOT get my bonus points of 455!! I looked at my balance before I closed the box and it didn't change! Not right, I have been cheated out of points! No boxes to open, no diamonds!??

Ok, this is strange... My dock shows my next order as double raspberry jam and popcorn. Has anyone ever seen them show two of the same product before? This is one order I will probably be skipping!!! With raspberry jam taking 7 hours, there is no possible way to fulfill double orders of it! Lol!!! Not to mention, my jam que is fill for at least the next day already and this boat is going to arrive in the middle of the night, but I am curious about this double order thing. It will be interesting to see before I send it on.

Yes, I have had orders where it asked for the same item twice. Usually they were easy enough to fill so I would fill those, but if you are getting double of jams or juices, it is probably best to just tell it to go off without filling anything and wait for next boat if you are shooting for better chance at bonus stars.

Yep I've had 4 boxes of two lots of jam- yep 8 jams, I just had 4 lots of 18 popcorn too- lmao that's a lot of poppin'. Should I pop till I drop? I'm sure going to try. This is unfortunately the downside to using gems to fill orders... Since I'm now NOT BUYING GEMS TILL THE BOXES RETURN .... My orders are never going to get filled. Crab nuggets..
