I know you said you like filling boats but if you stop with the boats and truck orders for a while and only sell your goods thru the stand you will accumulate lots of coins. It's surprising how fast the money will add up. After you have all equipment available to you then you can go back to the boats!!!! Just a suggestion, it worked for me!
