I love the differences. I really do. I have lots of friends from Australia and England and sometimes I have no idea what they are saying (especially Aussies) but I love it nonethless. Like 'thongs' are flip flops. LOL !

My mother tongue is English English, but I work for an American company in a German/French/Italian speaking country for so long, I'm beginning to get confused.

On-topic. Just got the first decent newspaper all day (sigh) and managed to finish my expansion.

Did you find any cheesecakes? I only have one but you are welcome to it? :-)

I was going to say thanks to Bobbie L for filling my ship while I slept (goats cheese), but while I was typing, my next boat (popsicles and white jumpers?) was filled as well. Many many thanks.

Also thanks to 72jon72 and others for the watering done today

Good evening, not as productive as usual, seems the powers that be have messed with the newspaper and I keep harvesting saws instead of building materials. Trying to slow down expansion and try to make people spend diamonds probably. Other than that, it's good.

dropped 47k on decorating today... oops now i'm sooo broke and can't afford to finish. Got a bit crazy planning everything - everything has to be accessible (still have a way to come in) and safe (animals need to be asolated from the smelters) )) do you guys try and make your farms the most real life as possible?

Yeah, they definitely messed with the newspaper. I used to be lightning fast at grabbing sought after items, but it's just that much harder now, if they're even in the paper to begin with! I'm also harvesting saws. Sick of the sight of the poxy things, lol.

    We're Americans living in England.
Two days after school started 8yrs old said: Mom, can you buy me a rubber?
    Me: A WHAT?!?!?

Then I went to school the next day and asked:
Where can I get more school pants?
    Secretary: (gave me puzzled look)
    Me: Slacks?
Her: Oooooh, trousers! Pants are underwear here, knickers!
    Me: Oh...
