What level do you have to be to catch foxes and frogs?

It doesn't matter what lvl you are. It works by the structure you build to trap them. I've never done it before but others have. I believe you just build a rock wall around some and there you go.

What level do you have to be to catch foxes and frogs?

Catching them doesn't require a level, just enough fences, or walls, or hedges... To keep them enclosed. It usually works best to catch frogs someplace between the river and the pond as they tend to be on that path. Foxes tend to come from the street edge and require a large open space to roam before you catch them. Both will escape right through the walls if the enclosure becomes too small or (for frogs) if there is something within the enclosure they can hop into (a pond or flowerpot).

And no... There really is no point to catching them, but I quite like my frog enclosure until I need the space for some new machine or animal in the next update!

I know this is crazy!! Has anyone noticed the pigs sneer at the frogs, if they come close to their Pen?
