Sorry if this is a silly question but I'm getting a bit confused about which thread to use for product requests/offers. There is this thread and another that's seems to be purely for product request. Any views?

I've used Tom twice now and he hasn't asked for diamonds. Does that mean he'll never ask for diamonds or am I just being lulled into a false sense of security?

I used Tom this morning, he said after that he'd be down for two days, then i got the system message that they'd be rebooting. After a hour, I logged on, and Tom was ready to go again. Since he helped me get boat 3, I thought I'd wait until I needed him again to test his usage cost, but then I got the system reboot message again.
I had a bad moment where I thought about using him and hoping for another free reset, but I think I'd regret cheating the system if it worked, and not having his help for 2 days if it didn't.

I'm considering it a "more data please" situation.

The latter. Once he's ready to go again, when you select him the remaining time for his services should be displayed. He's visiting my farm for the first time and let me know I can utilize his services for two days. After that I'm sure he'll require payment.

He's like a drug dealer. The first one is free.

Yes but then you will be able to put the exclamation mark sign next to them do your neighbours can revive them. If you harvest them again after that they will die for good.

I believe so. I haven't picked my fruit after someone revived them for me.
