Hello

You use the smelter by getting ore from the mine. Use a shovel, TNT to extract the ore.

If you 'rip' a order off the board, another one will come up after the wait time

You get ore from the mine, using shovels, TNT or dynamite. When you tear down a ticket from the board you have to wait 30 minutes for another order to come up.

You have to open up the mine. Then you can use dynamite, TNT, and shovels on it to get silver, gold, and platinum ore.

Deleting an order from the board just tears off the paper and makes room for a new one, which takes a little while to appear. It's totally ok to remove orders - it does do harm at all.
