Is there anyway of deleting hay day completely from a device. I tried deleting the app but when re loaded its the same farm. I have tried using a different Id to install game but that doesn't work.

You need to delete it from the device first. Then log off the GC. Login to the other GC. Download and install. When HD opens, it should detect the other GC that you are logged in into.
