Just an update on my missing saws- I've received a human response- and they've basically said... Items can go missing due to lost connections, they cannot fix the issue if the issue is dependent on elements they cannot control. So... No they will not give me back my saws. I actually had every hope they would return them and that it would be easily fixed. But... Naaaa. Have a great day farmers. Heading off for carols by candlelight but most importantly...FIREWORKS!! I can't talk bad about them though, they refunded me diamonds once.
As for lost items I'm still waiting for a reply but I have already recovered them so it's not too tragic
