It was the same for me with building materials earlier...just got dynamite and silo materials for a while from harvesting, and also saws. it changes randomly. I had found 3 markers in the newspaper though, that helped.

Ok now you are just rubbing it in!! Lol. You just have an "in" with the developers. Ha ha

I need new land badly and want to open up a big chuck.. if you see my farm, it is a total mess, you can't even see my cats walking around most of the time lol

OMG, Im not sure whether or not to hate you or be in awe of you!! I have 10 Although it should be closer to 20 but I must have accidenatly spent some adding a slot to a production queue yesterday, but I have spent all mine in the past on upping my production slots... now I am hoarding

The problem of having a lot of diamonds is that you can easily mess it up with the tip of your finger and lose a good amount. I hadmistakenly expanded my pop corn machine and wasted 6 diamonds for an extra slot lately.
I just don't know what to do with the diamonds right now. I could hire Tom (probably will end up doing so) but need to ensure my barn can sustain him coming back to me every 2 hours with 8/9 pieces of some product. Don't know about decorations really, besides I have no place where to put them!!!

I will be doing something similar tomorrow, I am currently hoarding until I finish my captaincy... once I have Im having a grand clear out and starting again.... I will post on here before I do though to give everyone the heads up

but believe me, if you get obsessed with something in this game, you are doing it the wrong way. There were times I was longing for a single diamond even. I patiently made money to open the mine, kept looking for open boxes (I also had the movie ticket for some days but then made a 50 diamonds purchase the first time tom was available..looking back I should have probably kept exploiting the ticket)...anyway. After some time I had expanded the machines to a good level and diamonds were slowly piling up. Used up a few for extra spins on the wheel for fun, and once I speeded up a boat cos I had everything required in large amounts and needed to levelup fast to unlock new products. Also gradually fulfilled achievements, but I still have to complete the fruits, berries, bacon, goat milk, wool, customers, and bars...
Now I keep extracting them from the mine like 2-3 a day, and as I said, don't know what to do with them.
Just make sure to use them wisely, and as you progress in the game you will start building up more
patience is needed, just like for expansion materials

I saw your farm. It is very disorganised and cluttered. It's not more land you need, just a tidy up
