I like helping people out, but I also want the money so I can save up for things for myself I don't fancy giving my stuff away for free!

So I won't be filling people's boats for them unless they ask for help on here, and then we can set up a trade

I agree. I think when you fill a box you should get the money and xp from it. Then there would be a benefit to you doing it and give people an incentive to do it themselves as well. I like to help people out, but not to the point that I'm giving my stuff away for free.

I can only hire him for 3 days and I won't be able to use him efficiently for the next 3 days so I think I will keep my 47 diamonds. I will wait my day or hope someone will offer them up when they get them. I used Tom for strawberries when they first came out and sold to a lot of ppl on here because they were 10 diamonds apiece.

Exactly! I'm happy to help out people here, but when you get nothing from it there's no reason to do it for just anyone.

I know you are a very experienced player, just wanted to ask you something quickly: I have 100 diamonds, gotten patiently through the mine and random boxes. I have not bought wheelbarrows, snowmen or wells...actually I feel that is quite a waste. I have expanded all my machines reasonably in the past already, so what would you do with diamonds? Tom? If I get Tom however I need to make sure I can get lots of stuff every 2 hours...
Or expanding the shop perhaps?
