Wer kennt sich mit Software für Callcenter aus?

Hallo Leute,

ich befasse mich grad mit dem Thema Software unter anderem auch für Callcenter.
Bin auf einige interessante Sachen gestoßen und bis jetzt hat mir Voxtron mit ihrer Callcenter Software gefallen.
Nun wollte ich mir mal die Meinung der Anderen anhören, ich weiß das hier nicht unbedingt das richtige Forum dafür ist aber ich suche unabhängige Meinungen. Nicht die der Spezialisten die alle sagen ja das ist super, sondern ich versuche rauszufeinden ob Otto Normalverbraucher auch was damit anfangen kann.

I am concerned with the degree on software for call centers, among other things.

I think that google translate or so is the culprit.
