Hello....can u please tell me why I have red lines thru most of my buildings? Very Frustrating. Also, I purchased mayor cash & didn't receive I. Please help! Nikki..

So after weeks of playing this game and spending just a little money... I go in yesterday and my city is gone and I have to start over! I am done with this crap. Sorry to all the neighbors I had... Good luck
