Oh no! I can't find you and I know that you're a neighbour because I saw your username on Wednesday evening. I find that when the usernames disappear, the levels change and the buildings that were built most recently (stadiums, Halloween shops) don't show. I'll keep looking for you and will send packaging machines as soon as I do. This username issue is so frustrating!
