Your shop turns purple from you cheating the game by changing the time on your device. You can't do anything but wait. Your shop will stay purple for the amount of time you advanced your clock. People will not be able to visit your shop and send eggs or gifts until you have returned to normal.

Hi friends....so sorry for not able to go online as often as I wanted lately...so it took maybe like ages to fulfill your egg requests.

@ princessashanti16, bunny bunny2, I ran out of tufted snorker you asked....it only produced 2 tufted eggs yet so many requests....so sorry gals...
