If they are in your contacts can you not just go into the Contacts App and edit them there?

If you mean addresses that show up when you start to enter an e-mail address in the "To" box, then I'm afraid you can't edit them, remove them, change them or delete them.

This is a "helpful" feature of Apple's in that those addresses show up there - that is more annoying than helpful if you have an incorrect address in there.

Unfortunately, this is just something you'll have to get used to, as Apple hasn't given a way to fix this.

If this is not what you meant, then never mind.

Yes but what if mismatches yr c card details and hangs up on u like its happening with me. Am unable to buy any ap at all

Hard to make sense of your comment, but if you're getting hung up typing your own email address because iPad is defaulting to an email address you don't want, you can work around it by creating a keyboard shortcut. I made one out of an email address and never have to type the whole thing now, because I've got a two-letter shortcut.
