No. I never meant Mandarin was easier. I just meant that if it isn't taught in your youth, it can be painful to try to learn it. Like French. I remember when my sister tried to teach her boyfriend how to speak French. :D That was a very big pain to watch/hear.

Black forest ham, pork, onion, mushroom, mozzarella cheese, artificial cheese, onion salt, paprika, pepper.

First I diced then caramelized my onions and mushrooms together. I then poured my egg mixture on top with the cheese, meat and spices.

Sorry I've been fairly mia lately. Just finished moving into the new apartment. :D I also just got an electric guitar so I'm gonna attempt to learn it sense my wifi is kinda spotty. But at least I get wifi that I'm not paying for :)

Our son lives in the tropics, just over 4000klm Nth of Perth, a 21/2 hr flight. We have to look for a coconut tree that hasn't been cropped (to avoid the nuts from falling on people's heads as the walk by) The streets are lined with them but it's hard to find a tree that still has its nuts. It like playing hide n seek.

I know you did not compare the two languages, I did;). It is true that learning to speak a foreign language becomes harder when you get older! You should hear me speaking French:-D
