I think BFS have been pretty smart to keep the costs low-ish. More people will pay real money that way. I don't mind paying a bit for a the fun of the game but some other games ask stupid high prices for small value stuff.Quote:

Thoughts?
Question please folks, I kind of faded from the game for a while but am playing more with the new updates. I'm wondering what short run dragons I've missed. I definately missed leap year but got bloom, love and reindeer.
Also @kryp2n8, what is the gold egg you are displaying? Was that leap year?
I agree, this is a reasonable cash shop game. Ive played games that are just not proportional, to real and in game values.Quote:

I still think its a bit much to expect people to pay if they don't have enough gems. Most people ( I think) don't mind blowing a few gems in order to speed up breeding in the chase for a rare dragon. That alone reduces the gems you do have! Look at the asking price for the pearl dragon too. If you want to buy it, it will cost you just over $50 to purchase the gems. Way too much. For the longevity of the game, I think the prices should be reduced. Clearly not enough people have made the upgrades, and in order to make more $ backflip have reduced the cost. Unfortunately those that have already spent money won't get that back. For the die hard players who are in this for the long haul, spending will be kept at a minimum. What do others think? I personally have not gone with the latest upgrades as I don't want to buy gems. Sure and steady for me.Quote:

I don't think that BFS really expects people to get the dragons by means of actually buying them for gems, now they probably do expect people to speed up breedings and such in the quest to get them.
Ive given myself a app budget and spread it thru the few addictive games, but you have to calculate if its worth spending the gems. I dont even know how much faster the dens are ... And I know that ill still use gems for last hrs or so. Im too desperate to get a rare dragon. So ill just wait for my daily gems.Quote:

Yes that's the leap year. Do you have clover and sakura? The butterfly is also seasonal dragon but still in the market so you should catch it now before it fly away. :)Quote:

Haha it would seem it has just sort of attached itself to everyone now. Hopefully BFS will fix it in the next update :)Quote:
