I have started to write down the combo I'm using, each try and what comes from each try. I also put a cap on it. So far it's been 20 tries per combo. If I don't get it then I move on and will come back later and try again. Thinking about the first time I tried to get a Rainbow with Seaweed and Firefly and thinking I tried 30+ times was more than likely not true. I got 4 Crystals in a row...24 hr wait so I think it just seemed in the end that I tried more times than I did.
Right now I'm breeding Fire and Storm. It's only been a day but it seems like more...this is what I got so far. The Blue Fire is one reason it seems like more tries I'm sure.
1. Firefly 3 hrs
2. Firefly 3 hrs
3. Scorch 3 hrs
4. Bluefire 12 hrs (Wish I could give it to someone that needs it. I'll try to keep it in case we are able to gift them :) )
5. ??? 3 hrs
This method of tricking myself I guess I could call it has helped me not get so frustrated. Hope this helps.
I've found that whatever two dragons (other than sun, moon, and rainbow) were the hardest for you to get result in sun, moon, and rainbow..
What's the gene thing?
I bred my fire and storm dragon together and on the third try got my sun dragon :) as I was breeding I had the sun habitat and flag. Idk if it encouraged anything but ya. :) just got my blue fire now. Gunna breed him with my crystal to hopefully get the moon dragon. :)
Please hang on to that bluefire!!! I've been trying for almost a month to save enough gems from the colosseum every day to try to collect 100 gems to buy the bluefire. I would love to share dragons/gems with you...if the devs allow that in the update! (And the darn colosseum is onto me...I rarely get 5 gems from it anymore. :( )Quote:

How in the heck do you breed a Sun/Moon dragon? nearly every dragon I have is level 10. And how do you get a Bone dragon?????
