It really irritates me too the way we have to place things!

I do have to commend all of you that are playing on iPhones! I could not do it!

Yeah, not being able to put things the way I want to (the way it would make sense to!!) was an ongoing issue for me, moreso this time than previous moves/re-shuffles. I was cursing and grumbling A LOT yesterday, haha.

Thanks my friend, and I actually have to say I was even pretty impressed with myself with this latest move, hehe.
Despite all the frustrations of using an iPhone anyway, PLUS the new zoom issues etc and all the problems I mentioned having with my colosseum island layout at first...I still managed to finish it all last night.
I am actually pretty happy with all of it, though my new quiet/library/breeding island is not quite right somehow so I will undoubtedly change it sometime soon

All my islands are almost completely different, except my Fire/Earth one which is almost (just a few tweaks) identical to how it looked before but it's on a different island now, LOL.

Reindeer and Sandstorm are the only dragons with negatives but they ALSO have positives so I'm not too worried. I sold my Lightning boost to keep my Ice dragons in positive but all the other boost are there.

I plan to move my farms over to my 6th island someday...but I doubt that will be for QUITE a while (considering how long the XP takes to earn now PLUS the fact it costs 100 MILLION!!! )

Please, everyone, come take a look at my islands and let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions/ideas for improvment!!!

I wish we could rotate items. Some things would just look better facing the opposite direction

Could not agree more! You'd think it should not be that hard to have, at least, 'left' and 'right' options for most decorations...and even some habitats for that matter (especially Rainbow!)
The inns and buffets are a particular frustration of mine, hehe.

GT, What I have learnt is this:
If we are here playing Dragonvale, then we are our own support system and friend base (aside from our very supportive partners and families) dedicate to our own sense of addiction in ensuring our dragons have the very best care. So ... if we are in this we are all in this together and if one of us is crazy then pretty much all of us are crazy. It stands to reason, otherwise we wouldnt be here! So I for one stand up proud and admit my craziness....I love my dragons (and my hubby knows it!)

My husband actually said to me last night (as I was busy finalising my last couple of islands) "don't you ever get sick of that game?" and I just replied "nope" and kept going, hehe.
I later clarified that I didn't usually spend quite as much time per day playing but, because I got my new island and 'had to' re-shuffle everything I was kept especially busy yesterday. He just kind of smiled in that indulgent 'eye-rolling without eye-rolling' way, haha.

Oh lord! I just counted mine...including todays I have 21 1/2 days. Glad we have the gem tree is all I can say hahaha.

Your gem list scares me!

Mine has definitely gotten busier since the latest update but, as mentioned, I think that's because of that one day I mentioned in here that I return all gems, had bought the gem tree and accept all (DragonVale playing) friend requests, hehe.
My friends list shot up so quick and my gem list has now been consistently 10+ per day the last few days - and 10 was a BUSY day for gems before. I am so worried my list is going to spiral...I REALLY hope Backflip can find a good system for the notifications/list sooner rather than later (although I wonder how a transition from the current to the new system will inpact our outstanding lists)

Wow! That is weird! I would of loved to have that glitch assuming it is a glitch. Let us know what happens when you buy it. I'm curious to know.

AAAAAAHHH, I just smacked my knee into our 'coffee table' and it hurts SO bad!
I am wearing long denim shorts and even through them, I have scraped masses of skin off and there's a nasty looking blood bruise already starting....my knee is prickling and stinging and I almost feel as though I need to throw up.

I have just counted my gem list an. Think I need the gem tree but 100 gems :eeek:

Also Can we breed sun and moon together or do they have to be the same?

Gem lists are getting CRRAAAZZZYY!

Pretty sure you can only breed Sun x Sun or Moon x Moon but you can easily check that yourself next time you go to start a breed pair by choosing a (e.g) Sun as one and seeing what options are left to choose from.

Maybe it just shows an example before you buy it - instead of the actual number? I don't think I ever saw/looked at it so I have no idea, I am just guessing...I can't work out why else it would show that! Weird.
