Yes. All shrines are now available for upgrading with gems. I also saw on another forum that the gold shrines actually look gold now instead of that nasty yellow color.



The wow factor! Although, I thought the actual pedestals themselves at the base would reflect the colour of the elements - plant green, fire red, lightning yellow, etc.

As mine are still bronze, I can say even they look different. They have a greenish patina to them now. It looks pretty cool


