After what seems to have taken for ever, I finally have a 48 hour breed in my Normal
Cave with blue fire and crystal. I have all things crossed and hope its my moon.....

Blue fire and crystal tend to pop out more suns than moons from my experience. I do hope its a moon for you though!

I have tried just about every combination for a moon and nothing. I did note going through the forum that alot of people have been successful with the combination in getting moons....so here's hoping.

That's impossible! You would need a plant hybrid. It is a storm dragon, not a reindeer.

No I promise you it was those two I have been breeding those repeatedly to try for a moon now that you have pointed that out yea it is strange about the plant element not being there.I thought it was a storm until I seen The egg

Um.. So it was a reindeeer? Im not entirely sure that's possible...

I didn't either, but go a couple pages back and you'll see that I was proven wrong about a combo resulting in something that had neither elements required. It has less than a 1% chance of happening, but it does happen.
