I can see that beautiful gold egg waiting to turn into a gold dragon. I also see you have an emerald and pearl dragon but no ruby as yet. You will get her. Thanks for allowing me the privilege of being able to visit you once in a while, and sweep your islands too for the party hats cash. Love the game, again, keep us posted when you get your ruby so that we can all celebrate with you.

I like to have 2 of each egg when possible. I do that simply because when a limited dragon comes out and a winning combo is listed its great to be able to have the dragons breeding at the same time on epic and the normal breeding cave - kind of strategic on my part, but it does not always work out that way! Thanks for the comments on my islands. Sometimes I think "I really should make a change, because I'm getting so familiar with my islands" but I don't think that will happen until we get the next upgrade and the option is there to purchase another island (if and when)8-)

Yeah, congrats on your bone dragon. It's the only one I don't have. I know Marc and others have theirs on display and they look really cool. I failed to breed two sakura dragons, so no egg for me with that one either.

got 6:23breeding with brass/fire. i couldnt find what dragon it could be? its not brass or gold ...

There is new breeding rules posted on DragonVale Breeding Sandbox:

Rule change: Uncommon hybrids (Iceberg, Steel, Quicksilver, Forge, Copper, Pollen, Evergreen) don't appear in 2-element breeds unless basic dragons are used. For example, Metal + Fire can make Forge, but Brass + Fire cannot.

If this is 100% accurate, this is a good news for breeding Gold, coz brass+fire will now only result brass and gold, no more forge.
