Finally finished my island also got a second firework dragon and first evergreen dragon

I can only imagine at the time n patience it took to make that display, I take my hat off to you it looks amazing!!!

I got my evergreen with snow and seaweed.

Wow! Just thought I'd give it a try and I ended up breeding another pearl!

So my third pearl is cooking after I too had to try for ages to get the first one.

I have actually managed my 7th pearl this morning. Of course outside of my two fireworks that is all I have really tried for in both the cave and the island. My strategy has been to fill up the gem island as fast as possible and sell the extras off one by one as the next one comes out. I'm personally not a fan of displaying the eggs. But as soon as I get two more gem dragons I can start the long shrine grind, as I haven't even started that. Of course there is the always elusive sun I haven't nailed down also.

That seems strange as well, maybe it was a glitch. But then again firework is made of fire + air. Your blazing has both of those elements. I guess you can narrow it down to luck? But the firework dragon has been by far one of the easiest dragons yet. Maybe you only need one hybrid made of the fire + air elements to make it work & you can breed it with any other element dragon. Anyways, congrats on your new firework dragon .

Try seaweed/snow. A few members have reported getting it with that combo. It can also result in a pearl.
