Does anyone have a sure pair to get a sandstorm or dodo dragon? I'm in the process of getting my first sun or rainbow dragon now. I also need the panlong and butterfly dragons. But I guess next will be a few tries for the pearl since it won't be around long.

Sandstorm/Chrome+earth=dodo Firefly+air/willow=butterfly. Mud+blazing=panlong
fog+bone/lava=panlong

You need 60,000,000xp to fill up level30, so the progress bar is VERY slow, but once a little green bar shows up, you'll notice now it's moving little by little. And some said that the update reduce the xp earnings on some areas like 0xp in the colosseum.

My tried mud air for sandstorm because mud is too long and i got heaps of them. It was by far my hardest to get so far. No dodo yet.

I wasn't going to come in this thread for a week or so to try and figure out pearl without the spoilers. I caved in and am now curiously disappointed in myself. I was thinking seaweed and air combos so might have got there. Well, let's get breeding!

But still, before when I was stuck at 20 and later 25, the bar had moved when the update came, it was like the bar moved the much xp I had had during I hit the top level, now nothing. And during this months I've been stuck at 30 I guess I have piled up a lot of xp.

That's not the case now, they don't carry-over, and i like that, so the game is longer.

I have a question. Why is it when you invite friends that only a certain amount of them that are in game center show up in your friends in dragonvale? Also how do I get more rubies to give away.

After struggling all month and getting an emerald right at the end, I get pearl first go :-) And got forge on 3rd try. Hopefully my apparent new found luck continues when I go back and try again for sandstorm and current.

That level up on someone else's park happened to me too and I'm still at 30 ... I've hatched, bought things, and more that gives experience and I've not seen my bar yet on my level up area...usually you can see it progress and it looks like I'm staying at 30. Anyone else having this issue?

Me too. My progress bar has not budged one iota. Very frustrating. I get that it will take A LOT if exp to move up to level 31, but the bar is not even moving

You should buy Dragonsai Gifting Tree in the market to be able to give 6 friends 1gem each every 24hrs, that's the most you can give.
Not sure about the game center, maybe they are still using old version of DV or they are not playing DV at all.
