I received a email back from backflip finally on the issue of trying to visit friends and the game shutting down! Yay! Also as you can see they store our game info on their server by our GC name so it looks like no worries if we lose it somehow.

I'm*sorry to hear you’re having trouble with DragonVale. I’d like for you to follow the steps below to see if this solves your problem:

1. Uninstall DragonVale (all game data is backed up our server and associated with your GameCenter ID, so your data will not be lost)

2. Sign out of GameCenter

3. Sign into GameCenter

4. Reinstall DragonVale

5. Restart your device (Turn off your device by holding the lock and home button and ‘slide to power off’, wait a minute or so and press the home button to turn it back on)

Please let me know if this does not solve your issue with DragonVale.

I know, that's what I was thinking. Leveled mine up to 13 and he - yes, he's a he named Woody(!) - and he still looks like a juvie.

Woody for a love dragon?!? Lol, don't they know there are kids playing this game?

Is your contact's name Rachel? I received the same response to a couple of issues my daughter and I were having.

This doesn't take care of the 'and others' issue. But I was told that it is a complicated code issue and they will continue to work on it. Yes, please do!
