I have the same problem, it's frustrating. We're losing MILLIONS from those partyhats at our level. JK, but yeah, I haven't collected more than a few recently because of this issue. Emailed my support contact about it this morning and hope they can fix it. I also mentioned the "and others" issue again

I finally got my 5th island! I broke down and sold a cache of blazing I'd put in the nursery after leveling them to 10. Now I need a good arrangement all around. What to do?

I once keynoted an Internet conference in Dublin. I just love the Irish for their wit. At the dinner following the conference, I made the following toast:

"To Ireland, where some say there's a sense of mañana, but others think that's too quick."

To which my typically quick witted Irish host replied:

"To the U.S,, where some say there's a sense of instant gratification, but others think that's too slow".

I knew going in that I was over matched, but I laughed harder than anyone.

LOL and the interesting thing is that so many Irish people emigrated to the US where the adopted the other philosophy.
Seems you and I are oldies on the internet, I started when windows 95 came out, saw that MSN icon, "borrowed" a modem from the office and soon found myself working for the MSN chats as a Sysop etc. t'was a crazy time for 7 years or so. In those days, that was the social network and not - what i consider as crap - the facebook thing.

One full awesome season. Second shouldn't be too far off. The hbo website gives dates and info but watch out for spoilers if you peek there. I hate spoilers.
