Make waterproof cases for the iphones and iPads!!!!

Why is it so difficult to find waterproof cases? No one sells them.
I would think any company that made them would make a killing since they would be the only place the buy them.


if you search only all you find are other people searching and never any place that makes them. Otterbox used to make one for the original iPhone but no longer does.

Otter is making on but it is not out yet. Think it was listed as 89 bucks on there site

thats not waterproof. The $89 defender case only protects against low impact and daily use. Here is what they have in the description.

Environmental Protection:
This case provides added protection against bump, shock, drop and dust intrusion. Case is NOT protective against water.

There ARMOR series is the one that is water proof and they are not making one for the ipad, iphone 3g, iphone3GS. The original iPhone otterbox armor case is no longer being made.

Kindle was out for well over a year before it had a waterproof case and a lot of readers like to read in the bathtub. They will come in time.

Yes, i would love to see a water proof case... (small kids here) not that they are going to get to use it much but say if its laying on the table and monster 3 knocks over apple juice :?
