Hello everybody!

I have the SoundLink Series II.

I wondering what the proper way to use the volume.

Should I max the volume on the iPad and adjust the volume on the actual speakers at a lower volume, or Should I max the volume on the SoundLink and adjust the volume from the iPad?

I would max the iPad volume and adjust the speakers for the loudest volume you would want to have coming out of the speakers. Then I would lower the volume on the iPad to where I want to listen now. When set up this way you won't accidentally blast the sound from the speakers and wake the baby.

Thanks! Mostly Im just wondering if by maxing out the iPad volume I would send a distorted signal to the speakers or if I max out the speaker instead I would mess the speakers algorithm because it's assuming that the volume is very loud and reduce the bass output.
