I have to do it every day as I frequently run the battery right down.
I find that my battery life seems to be extended with ios6.
I did just upgrade to The New IPad, 32 GB, wifi and cell. I had I only a few days before the update.
I can say wi certainty that my iPhone 4S batty life has increased though, so I am thinking that the improvement I ham seeing onThe New iPad is also accurate.
I am only charging my iPhone every coupe of days and my iPad sees a bit less use during the day, so it gets charged whenever appropriate. So far only once since the update and I'm currently on 87%
I have to be quick my battery is on just 2%, the ultimate secret to a ultra long lasting battery is..................................
Who posted never?!?!
I tend to keep mine plugged in most of the time, and run it down once a week.
I forgot I started this thread until just now; that gives one an idea about how bad my memory is!
Every 3,000 miles or when I get bored, which ever comes first (-Hank Hill). Seriously though, about every other day.
The reason I use this charging pattern is so the battery won't wear out so fast...
My iPhone 4S (now on iOS 6) was supplied by my employer and is used in my daily job so it gets used a lot so I charge it daily. It's rare that it gets below 70% even on my busiest days.
My iPad 3 (which is also supplied by my employer and also now on iOS 6) gets charged once every 2 or 3 days. Sometimes longer. Depends on how much I use it.
My daugther's iPad 2 goes on for days before she has to put it on a charge. She uses it every day - school work during the day and at night she watches Netflix or Hulu. I would say on average she charges it once every 3-4 days. The same goes with her iTouch.
Every day. I'm an ipad using fool.
