I think after the initial costs that went into my iPad's purchase, I want it to last as long as possible. So yes, I don't necessarily think I "baby" it, but it has a screen protector, a case, and I am protective of it in general. However, my children use it to Skype with their father since he's stationed 800 miles away, and I give them a little freedom with it.

Absolutely! iPad stays in a hard shell back cover and Zagg Invisible Shield screen protector. When not in use, kept in a neophrene case that is zipped so that it can't ever fall out. And it is kept then in a tote bag leaned up against the wall so that it won't ever fall either. So yes-I'd call my iPad babied!

YES I DO !! my girlfriend allows our 20 month old to watch Thomas the Train and his learning stuff on hers, sometime when her's die I let him watch it on mine I said sometimes...LOL
