On the iTunes sync page on your desktop.
I'm going to try that, although I only have about 8-9GB worth of music.
4 Gigs out of 32G. No music. Just APPs, some ebooks, PDFs, two Magazines, and mostly Comics.
Side note: If Publishers Clearing House started selling e-Magazines.....I would be in trouble.![]()
As of today, I've got 5GB free on my 64GB. That's mostly because of video - I've got the first 3 seasons of Star Trek: Voyager on the iPad, as I've never seen it and a friend recommended it. After I watch an ep, I delete it, so that will go down over time.
Most of the space on mine is taken up with (converted) PDF manuals for my work as a Database Engineer. I love not having to lug my Macbook Pro around anymore!
My superpower
I have the unique ability to see through bullshit from a mile away.
I knew I was in trouble when I did my first synch with iTunes and got prompted that I didn't have enough room on my 64Gb iPad to fully synch.
I have a Ton of movies downloaded and DVD rips with Handbrake in iTunes. I need to manage just my Movies with iTunes and only have the ones I want on my iPad and try to leave about 1 Gb free on a regular basis for new apps and new photo's.
Most likely written on my iPad

64 Gb iPad Wi-Fi
MacBook 13" 2nd Generation
Apple TV
Airport Express (for streaming music)
iPod Nano 3rd Generation
Tons of Windows PC's
Linux server running CentOS
I do the same, mayo...I have TONS of movies...that's what really attracted me to the iPad in the first place.
