HD screen, and quad core processor is all I require.

I think I would sell my iPad 2 for iPad 3 , if I got an update for screen resolution ( Retina ) , processor , camera , ( I don't think it will include flash lol and don't need it it's a dream DON'T EXPECT IT , as Steve jobs said if you want porn buy and android , I say if you want flash buy an android tablet , I have been using iOS for 3 years and the times I needed flash can be counted on hands though most of websites now are optimized for iOS 5 and we all now safari is fully compatible with HTML 5 .....) in addition I think iOS 5 got some new features .. 3d would be cool but I don't think it's an important thing .. 4G I don't think I'll buy it I'll stick to wifi model I can use hotspot

A trade-in program from Apple. I'll give them my iPad 2 and say, $100 for a brand new 3. I'm sure I'll have my 2 for quite a bit longer.

Its understandable, plus I personally don't feel like dealing with the whole hype of it's release. The waiting in line for hours to get your hands on one (if they don't run out of it by then), or order online and get it in 3-4 weeks.

If my iPad 2 becomes a really serious problem to use, e.g., because of the storage capacity.

I'm saving my money for an iPad 4.

Not much. I have an iPad 1, so I may just be due for an upgrade to an iPad 3. I would appreciate a faster processor, but don't much care about retina display or a camera that is better than what is on the iPad 2 at present.

Little things that would make a difference: squeezing even more battery life out of an already stellar performer. Some equivalent to USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt connectivity would be blue sky, but an outrageous addition. Improvements in the print functionality.

Total fantasy land would be something that Apple does not control, that is, cheaper fees for 3G service. I currently have the wifi model, but have been in a couple of areas where 3G service would have been very nice.

Retina display, SD and USB card reader, iPhone 4 (or better) cameras, both with photon streams (didn't want to confuse anybody by using the F-word), all without sacrificing battery life.
