I have my set to say "Sent from T's iPad"
I do! Mine looks like this...
Sent from my iPad 2
I've never bothered changing it. I really don't care if it's there or not.
Before I owned an iPad, it thought it was annoying when people and send me a message including the iPad signature...so the first thing I did was removing it from my iPad.
I have always had the signature in my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 until... now! I just removed it from my iPad in settings > emails, contacts, ... > signature (for those who wonder where the option is).
I agree with DontUndestandMyIpad that it adds no value for the recipient, but I suppose that, as many other users, it was my way of showing off, he he he, "I do have an iPad and you may not" hi hi hi
Removing that text and adding my own name was one of the very first things that I did when I set my iPad up. It is not really necessary in my opinion.
